OS 3.x compatibility

Canter sounds revised

Dominant beat every 3 beats.
Timing of beats now includes moment of suspension.
Default beats-per-minute revised;
- Walk = 97 bpm
- Trot = 152 bpm
- Canter= 328 bpm (109 strides per minute)
